RunFAST

RunFAST is a power software tool consisting of real time fleet information and proprietary algorithms which allow the user easily  submit GSA’s annual FAST submission while automatically correcting thousands of errors in seconds. 

Fleet Management Enhancement System (FMES): 

The Fleet Management Enhancement System, is responsible for management and reporting of vehicles in their respective fleets. FMES is the central repository for GSA Leased, Agency Owned, and Commercially Leased vehicles. FMES is the main source of vehicle data for leadership, Regions, Agencies, Emergency Management Center (EMC) and Worker Safety and Health.  

FMES supports the major functions of the Department’s Fleet program and provides Headquarters with high level fleet oversight.  FMES provides data exchange interfaces with Fleet’s key reporting agencies including the Department of Energy (DOE) and the General Services Administration (GSA).   

Additionally, FMES fully supports the XML submission requirement of the Department of Energy's Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST).  FDAS is the Fleet Management system of record for Department of Labor (DOL) and the Department of Transportation (DOT). 

Space Management System 

The Space Management System (SMS) is  designed for the management and reporting of GSA-leased space. SMS is the central repository for DOL’s GSA Leased, Agency Owned, Commercially Leased, and Equity Stake Ownership locations.  SMS acts as the main source of location data for the Department’s leadership, stakeholders, Security, Human Resources Center (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Emergency Management Center (EMC). SMS has played a major role in DOL response times to recent disasters in Puerto Rico and Florida. The Space Management System (SMS) is the DOL Building system of record for the U.S. Department of Labor.
